2021 has started off with some opportunities to us offer works new and old by Canadian and International artists.
Over the last few days we have introduced to our online store 2 new silkscreens by Manitoba based artist Eric Ouimet. His Colorful take on local architecture, everyday events and memories close to him have delighted visitors to Edition 1 and we are happy to offer Grand Old Hotel and Metis Sash.
Portland based artist TOMO77 offers a new work as part of his Pandemico series, Cave Ne Cadas where he states "Principle Six: Beware of falling from your high place."
Winnipeg artist Tony Tascona murals can be seen around Winnipeg and his work is well known in these parts and across Canada. Highlights from our new selections include Re-Entry from 1979 and Ribbons from 1987.
Friend of Edition 1 Andrew Valko offers Empire Red White & Blue, His silkscreen with multiple imagery of the NYC skyline and the Empire State building from 2016.
Last but definitely not least we can offer work by Canadian artist Rita Letendre. Works from her Highways series are always in high demand so we are happy to have a selection of work from the early 1970s. Her work is colourful and the prints big and impressive and continues to see rising prices at auction.
