When you buy limited edition or other artworks online with us we ensure that you are dealing directly with the artist or local art gallery.
Standard Shipping Policy
The Edition1 standard shipping policy applies to all orders shipped within Canada. Shipping is arranged by Edition1 staff in collaboration with the vendor, printmaker or artist who is supplying the work. Shipping is typically conducted using standard ground services provided by UPS, FedEx or Purolator. Tracking numbers and shipping notifications will be provided when supported by the carrier. Specific carrier service and delivery conditions will be decided by Edition1 when your order is ready to be dispatched.
Custom Shipping Policy
Edition1 offers custom shipping on all international orders as well as all orders shipped within Canada. Shipping service and rates using service providers UPS, FedEx and/or Purolator will be provided when your order is ready to be dispatched. Customers can choose a specific shipping service and delivery window with the assistance of an Edition1 representative. Tracking numbers and shipping notifications will be provided when supported by the carrier.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic delivery and production times for certain orders maybe affected and shipping services can not be fully guaranteed. Edition1 is committed to working with our customers and our artists to ensure a safe and respectful transaction.
Contactless drop off and delivery is provided when possible. Please contact an Edition1 representative for assistance and details.
Edition1 Refund Policy
We are fully committed to making the entire transaction process exceptional for all our customers. We know that purchasing artwork can be a very personal experience with greater meaning than your average online transaction. We promise to treat our customers and vendors with understanding and respect during all our transactions.

Edition1 does not process payment until the order has completed production and is ready to ship. Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund on any item prior to shipping. Order cancelation requests should be made via Edition1 live chat support while logged into your account or by sending an email to [email protected].
All items that have completed processing or have been delivered may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the original order date. Items must be returned in person or by courier to Edition1 head offices at 212 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg MB R3B 0S3. Customer's who return items may request an exchange for any item of equal value available from the same vendor (artist) or they may request a refund for the item less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees unfortunately are non-refundable.
